A steel frame in shape of a cube (6 x 6 x 6 metres) with iron chain walls. Inside the cube there is a setup of four benches and a fire place. Chain Reactor offers wood and matches. People in the area are mostly dealing with business and new technology.
This work is based on the simple idea of the reality pointed out by the experience. Sitting around the fire is a part of our common memory. Stories are to be told around it's comfort and and the scent of this primitivie element is carried to offices, elevators, modern homes and hotels.
Location: crossing of prince street & wellington, Montréal, Canada
